Beckland is advising the owners of Potters Bar Golf Course, which has been allocated for housing in the Hertsmere Local Plan. It is anticipated that a planning application will be registered in 2025, with a view to delivering much needed housing in 2027.

North Uttlesford Garden Village

North Uttlesford Garden Village (NUGV) represents an exciting opportunity to develop a high quality and sustainable development on the Essex/Cambridgeshire border. NUGV has the potential to provide much needed housing which respects the undulating and rural nature of the land, but uses this to create an exceptional living environment.

ST15
In February 2025 the City of York Council adopted their Local Plan (finally – their last Local Plan was dated in 1956!) – and this included allocation ST15 which will accommodate around 3,339 houses.
Beckland has been working with the landowners and promoters to secure this allocation and will now proceed to find a development partner.
